Coconut Flour Crust Pizza Low Carb + Gluten Free + Vegan

 

 

This is a delicious recipe and can be vegan friendly as well. Enjoy! 😃🍕💞

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour or organic coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or substitute with your favorite seasoning (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or substitute with your favorite seasoning (optional)
  • Add pizza sauce or make your own

 

 

Cooking instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º
  2. Beat eggs and water together
  3. Combine dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture.
  4. Apply oil to a 12” pizza pan, or 9×13 baking dish with oil.
  5. Apply pizza batter onto pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges just begin to brown.
  7. Remove from oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. Vegan friendly just skip the pepperoni and add your favorite toppings.
  8. Place back in oven for another 8-10  minutes until cheese is slightly toasted and bubbly on top.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for about five to ten minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
